Our customers have requested that we work to lower our shipping costs and we have responded!
We include FREE SHIPPING as often as we can, when we can't offer that service we will use USPS Parcel Post in most instances and when a customer domestically(within the continental US) wants tracking information we will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Keep in mind that if your first concern is expense that USPS prioirty Mail almost doubles YOUR cost.
Internationally we will typically use USPS First Class International if the item does not exceed the weight limitations.
As an alternative method we will use USPS International Priority Mail,especially in those instances where a customer wants tracking information.

We ship Mon-Fri.
We ship each order within 2 days Mon-Fri of order receipt.
We do not issue refunds and all merchandise is sold "as is".
